- Each Party shall grant, under the principle of reciprocity, authorization without delay to the Airlines duly authorized by the other Party, to perform non-scheduled or charter operations, in accordance with the national regulation of the Parties and the provisions of this Agreement.

- The provisions relating to the application of laws, safety standards, certificates and licences, aviation security, customs duties and other charges, charges for airports and aviation facilities and services, airline representatives, ground handling, sales and transfer of funds, taxation and consultations of this Agreement apply as well to charters and other non-scheduled flights operated by Airlines of one Party into or from the Territory of the other Party and to the Airline operating such flights.
